  1. What does success mean to you?

Many align success with their bank account. Sure, having a bunch of cash in the bank to do what you love is certainly the nice side-effect of success, riding your dream car or flying around the globe first class. However, success to me goes so much deeper than the obvious material possessions. Success means being content and happy with my life. Being aligned and manage my tasks with full motivation – call me obsessed – but if you truly love what you do your venture and plans have no limits and you never get tired to keep going and sharing.

The biggest and best reward I get is when I see my clients rise, make their dreams come through and start to live the happy and fulfilled life they dreamed of.

  1. Give us a brief background of what you do?

I am Swiss. I grew up in the mountains but was always inspired by travel, exploring the world and do things a little bit different. Call me a little rebel with a big vision.

I have a degree in communications management and worked all over Europe. Languages, cultures, processes and mentoring combined with leadership always played a big role in my life.

Hitting 50, I decided to give my passion for people and making them successful my full attention.

Today, I am coaching entrepreneurs and clients to build and strengthen their confidence, put their plan into action and support them as an accountability partner on their path to success.

Merging Mindset, Values, Goals, Focus, Accountability and Leadership with a rock-solid plan is my passion. It’s like cooking a “Chilly con Carne”: Get all the ingredients together, use them in the right order, season with exceptional spice and always be aware the longer you cook it the better it gets.

  1. What motivated you to launch a business?

I love to see others succeed and to share my know-how while having the freedom to take my own choices, be in charge and have the freedom to work internationally and spending time with my horses!

Being in corporate for over 20 years certainly had a lot of advantages but it also has it limits. I knew when I turned 50  that it was time to finally go after my vision, it was my chance to make a change and follow my passion as a mindset and business coach. To show people a new and proven way of leadership and what it takes to get there without losing authenticity.  I wanted to bring my voice out into the world and inspire others that they can achieve everything they truly desire.

During my time in corporate I met so many fantastic people with great stories and potential sitting in there golden cage of security. They had fantastic ideas but were driven by fears, doubts and not knowing on how to bring their vision to life and to start the apparently impossible while constantly dreaming about it.

It takes courage and personal growth to get a plan out into the world – and I know too well what it takes – but I never lost sight of my mission of supporting people to gain the confidence to create their dream life or business and set in place that clear tailor-made plan to get there.

Is it easy – no my heart still races of excitement when I get out there.

Would I do it again – yes definitely – I love what I do and see my clients grow and reach their goals.

  1. What has the impact of marketing & branding been on your business?

Marketing and branding are playing a big part in my business. Especially personal branding. Personal branding is key and a super important reference point to be recognized in the market. With my brand I can express the true power of my mission, the possibility that everyone has the power to design a life around their passion and live life on their terms.

Personal branding is all about how I want for people to associate with me and is the base for successful marketing to attract the right people to join my program.
