Title: Inner Breakthrough Expert For Professionals
- What are the keys to success for you?
My 5 keys to success are based on my life and business experience, and the failures and successes I have encountered along the way:
- Love what you do and believe in what you do.
- Have the intention to make peoples lives better with your service or product
- Surround yourself with likeminded people and take care of yourself and your loved ones.
- Have a strategy and a system in place, cooperate with other people and businesses
- Be consistent, be curious and open to learn and always have someone on your side to get the best out of you and reflect your actions.
- Give us a brief background of what you do?
As an Inner Breakthrough Expert, I help people to remove what´s holding them back from reaching what they desire on a deeper level of their mind. I use various different techniques like constellation, shadow work, NLP, body language and many more.
I created THE ANDREA METHOD, a 3-step blueprint on how to reach beyond your imaginary limitations. Uncover, what´s holding you back, break through the invisible barriers and integrate the new insights into your system.
The combination of many different techniques allows me to get the best out of my clients. Removing and transforming the non-serving patterns and beliefs which are sometimes rooted deep in their system, allows them to open new ways without being unconsciously ruled by old patterns and thus create new results.
- How important is it to have a business coach & what significant role in change has your coach played in your business journey?
It is one of the most important things, if not the most important thing to have a professional on your side to give you feedback, help you improve, reflect your actions and develop ways new with you.
The fantastic role of a coach is, that they “sit in your brain” and pull the best out of it. In general, we all have the knowledge; it mostly is hidden somewhere and a coach knows how to make it surface. They believe in you more than you believe in yourself, no matter what. I worked and still work with several coaches on my side. Different inputs, methods and strategies allowed me to grow on a personal and professional level. I understand my “why” and the “how”, and I am helping my clients with their “why” and “how”.
- How do you overcome rejection?
For me, there are two things:
Number one: Rejection is a feedback, which allows me to revalue the situation/ offer/ pitch in order to improve my skills.
Number two: You never know what´s going on in other people’s heads and lives. It simply might have not been the right time and place at that moment.
Taking rejection personally would be a killer on an entrepreneurial journey. Being able to deal with the “no´s” without taking it personally, and using it as a possibility to gain feedback and improve is also a key-skill we as Entrepreneurs have to possess.
- Are you willing to take risks as an entrepreneur and what was the biggest risk you took and the results of it?
Yes, definitely. I´m often taking high risks. All in! or no risk no fun. I´m a person with no backup plan. I´m passionate about my work and know, that what I do helps people to improve. Having a backup plan would mean for me, that I´m not 100% focused on where I want to go and I would allow myself to be distracted.
“The more clarity and focus we have regarding our goal and our mission; the better things can align and show up.”
If we are aligned with what we want, taking big risks can bring you great results.
- What is your set of core values and business skills that have helped you in your career?
Authenticity, fun & passion, good intentions, communication.
- How do you stay motivated and what keeps you going?
Seeing the smile on people’s faces, seeing how relieved they get and watching them creating the life and success they wish for, is a great pleasure for me. I think this is my main drive.
Seeing people loving what they do and having success with it. On the other side, I also want to be a role-model for my daughter.
Plus, setting the goals high and saying yes to projects which are new or unfamiliar keeps me motivated to improve and grow personally and professionally.
- What is your favourite quote and explain why?
There are so many, but a good one is from Walt Disney: “If you can dream it, you can do it!”
We always create things twice in life, first in our mind and then in reality. The “mind- creation” is mostly not the issue. Bringing it to reality makes people struggle, because when it is time to do it, the subconscious patterns and beliefs start running in our system and stop us from bringing it to reality.
That´s where I step in, helping people to remove the blockages and give them the possibility to bring it to reality.
